Kim Crabtree Kim joined our team last year. Kim has an extensive mechanical background and tons of mechanical knowledge. He is a great employee who picks up on things very quickly and always knows what needs to be done. He will be a certified Yamaha mechanic in no time and is anxious to do so! |

Shawn Tallent Shawn has been a part of our team for 9 years. Shawn has extensive marine experience with certifications from Yamaha in Outboard Mechanics, 2-stroke, 4-stroke, Drive units, and electrical. Shawn is just a few courses away from earning his Master Technician Certification though Yamaha. There are less than 200 Master Technicians nation wide, so this a HUGE accomplishment. Shawn will be a valuable part of our team for many years to come. |

Hershel & Darlene Carder The Carder's started Blue Springs Boat Company in the late 1980's. These days they are officially retired, but they still come around to check on us. They keep us on the right track and make sure the business they built continues to grow and serve customers with same passion as it has in the past. Without Hershel and Darlene there is no Blue Springs Boat Company! |
